Airroute is a special Cimuka Design which is providing perfect air distribution. Temperature and humidity values are equalized in every point of cabinet. And also, in combined models, it is possible to create different temperature values in setter and hatcher part with Airroute.

In addition to Airrote system, all models have air vents for air current control. It gives chance to control air in/out amount for different poultry and game species.

Our all hobby incubators have digital temperature controller and electronic sensor. Digital controller is working with special PID parameters. This means cabinet temperature are controlled by high accuracy. And controller responses rapidly to temperature deviations because of environmental changes.

Digital temperature controller has calibration property. it provides you working with true temperature values in each hatchery season.

As a standard, humidity of the cabinet is provided with movable water tray and can be observed by wet bulb temperature in door window. And also humidity value is depend on the placement of water tray, you can change the humidity to desired value by moving water tray.

Automatic Humidity Control;

it provides digital humidity control. By Digital humidiy controller, electronik humidity sensor and humidifier module, desired RH value can be obtained easily.

As a standard, hobby models have semi automatic turning system. Turning mecanism provide 90 degree turning without touching eggs. In semi automatic models, eggs must be turned minimum 3 times a day. If there is no one to turn eggs in day time, it is essential to add TurnX- fully automatic turning system.

  Automatic Turning System;

it provides fully automatic egg turning. As a standart, eggs are automaticly turned 90 degrees in each 2 hour. It is also possible to control time range. In addition, there are control buttons in panel to get eggs parallel position during setting and transfering of eggs.

In our all models, dimensions of setting trays is standart and there are different trays for all poultry and games. Slim structure of our trays enhances the air circulation. And also there are individual parts for each egg.
The layered structure of the trays give chance to set smaller or bigger eggs than standart. Cimuka setter trays also provide perpendicular setting advantage.

Hatchery baskets are plastic in all models. Holes of the baskets enhances air circulation.

All models are fully assembled, ready to imadiate usage. All functions can be observed and controled from one panel. All models have lockable wheels, easy to move and transport.

*High Temperature Alarm ;

It can be added all models. Especially in hot climate reagions, high temperature alarm system is guarantee for your eggs. If the temperature increases risky values, the system alerts by "bip" voice.
